Bunches of fresh roasted cashews covered in milk chocolate.
We buy most of our nuts raw and direct from the growers. We roast small batches in shining copper kettles (Peanut) in pure vegetable fat. Slow roasting while stirring with a hard maple paddle until our candy maker say’s that’s perfect. They are dried in the open air on a marble slab and cooled to room temperature. Within 24 hours we hand dip each cluster. Our Big Dipper supervises the process. Freshness and flavor sealed in.
